How to use:

1. Place ball directly on affected area.

2. Roll backwards, forwards and sideways on ball until comfortable for up to 90 seconds at a time.

  • Back Tension – Press the ball between your back and the wall.
  • Shoulder Massage – Roll the ball around neck/ shoulder area to roll out the tension
  • Glute Tension – Laying on your back with knees bent, place ball underneath your bottom & roll
  • Quad Tension – Lay on your side, place ball underneath quads, use arms to roll back & forth.
  • Foot Massage – Roll ball under foot & applying a comfortable amount of pressure
