How to Use

There are countless ways to make use of your iHealthSphere Yoga Block, here are just a few:

  • Sitting on the Yoga block whilst performing a forward fold helps you to find alignment more easily, especially when body flexibility is low
  • Placing the Yoga block under the sit bone whilst performing the pigeon pose encourages the proper alignment of the body
  • Placing the Yoga block between the knees during the bridge pose encourages the thighs to draw towards one another, this brings the knees into alignment and encourages a lift of the pelvis
