How to wear:

1. Place thumb through the hole with the strap lying across the top of your hand.
2. Wrap the strap under your wrist and then fasten in place at the desired amount of compression.
3. Re-adjust as required.

Application:

It is recommended to place the product in a delicates washing bag.Machine wash with cold water. Drip dry. Do not wring, tumble dry, bleach or dry in direct sunlight.
