Shipping and Deliveries

We ship using Star Track Express Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Kilsyth, VIC.
 
Orders under $100 will be shipped road express (1-3 days)*. You must select 1 of the 2 different shipping flat rate options outlined below.
  • $11.95 (Inc GST) - Authority to leave unattended. Star Track will leave in your mailbox or doorstep or where otherwise specified in order notes.
  • $15.40 (Inc GST) - Signature required. Star Track will require a signature in order to leave the goods at shipping address otherwise it will be sent to the local Post Office for pick up.

*Orders placed before Midday AEST in metro areas should be received between 1-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days.
 
Once your order has been processed and shipped it will be assigned a tracking number for your reference. 
 
You can track your shipment on the Star Track track and trace website; http://www.startrack.com.au
 
Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address it is your responsibility.

Star Track can deliver to PO Box addresses across Australia permitting that the total number of items ordered can be neatly packaged in up to a 5 kilogram satchel.

Star Track cannot deliver to all addresses in Australia. In some cases your order will be on-forwarded to a local agent for delivery, or your order will be shipped with another method. We will advise you via email when your product(s) ship.
 
DELIVERY
When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following;
 
  • Order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.
  • Orders which are placed after Midday will not be downloaded into the system for processing until the next day and therefore will not be actioned until the following day.
  • Please allow at least 1-3 days handling time before your order is dispatched. Where possible we will try to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase, but this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time. 
  • In the case of incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged for the first delivery.
  • Orders which are placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday will not be processed until the next business day, at the earliest. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding VIC Public Holidays.
  • Please note when completing your order form, to include a valid street number, suburb, post code and phone number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and iHealthSphere will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing information.
