The Thermoskin Ankle Wrap is designed to protect the ankle and includes thermal properties which may assist in the treatment of arthritic pain, ATFL and CFL tears. The support can be worn on either the left or right foot and is available in six sizes to provide correct support whatever your size. 1. Apply the ankle support so that the seam runs down the front of the foot.2. The heel should protrude through the hole at the back of the support.
