    1. Position the tubular part of the strap under the kneecap and firmly on the patella tendon.
    2. Wrap around the knee and through the buckle and fasten back onto itself.

    Not sure worth the money. September 7, 2016

    The foam insert bends in half when conforming to the  shape of the leg  leaving two separate portions of the foam  insert, so not sure if enough pressure will be applied to patella tendon.  I think there are better straps at a much lower price, I got this one because it was the only one I could find that was a  skin colour though the bright red lining might still allow it to be seen under light-coloured clothing
